After we clean the drain and install the iflo, we have to go back to make sure the primary pain doesn't have a leak The unit has a leak underneath, this could be due to a clogged drain. The primary pain is not visible anywhere.

The drain was cleaned with drain solve, all the water was removed from the drain pan, and an iflo was installed WE SHOULD COME BACK IN A FEW DAYS TO MAKE SURE THAT PRIMARY PAIN IS NOT BROKEN. I've been looking at it from all sides and it looks good.

Customer complained that unit is not keeping up temp. Checked and the unit was a little low on Freon. Checked for leak in mini split head and condenser but couldn’t catch any leak. Added 1 lb and cleaned condenser coil because it was dirty . Unit is operating as designed now.

Arrived onsite and spoke to homeowner and she mentioned the system came on once. I turned thermostat on and found that the indoor unit was running and outdoor unit was running as well but without the compressor. I checked the capacitor and it was working okay. Checked thermal on compressor and it was not in thermal lockout. Plugged disconnect back in and caught the unit pulling 269 amps and system is LRA 77 amps. Recommended a maintenance contract and recommended either replacing the unit or replacing the compressor. Compressor is under warranty till next year 5/17/26.

There's nothing wrong with this system. The system is 10 years old, and the client wants an estimate for a new system. He can be here tomorrow at 1:00 to meet with an advisor

Checked pressures, temperatures, and amp draws. All within factory specifications. System is working and draining properly. Found blower motor set to “always on” at thermostat. This drives the humidity through the roof. Turned blower to auto so everything will turn on and off at once. Turned on the “cool to dry” mode upon customer approval. This mode uses additional cooling to reduce high indoor humidity. Also turned off “airwave” mode upon customer approval. This mode turns off the outside unit and continues running the blower motor inside by itself which we don’t want so we went ahead and turned that off. - Collin
